
Most of us like mushroom and its dishes. The use of mushroom is increasing due to the benefits it have. Moreover if we are able to cook the mushroom is good right way then its benefits get doubled in our health according to the different researchers. If you have mushroom drying it on the sun it becomes more benefit for our health. According to the researchers, it was found that the dried mushroom can give vitamin D content to our body when cooked. Researchers has said that cooking the mushroom dried on the sun throwing away the upper layer of the mushroom for half an hour can provide vitamin D. According to them, the outer skin of the mushroom also converts the ultraviolet rays of sun into vitamins. Researchers also added that even after cutting the mushroom it keeps on converting the light into vitamin. The other nutritional content found in the mushroom help in boosting up the immune system of the body and strengthen the bones. The researchers are with this result after survey done in 30 people during the research. Among those people some of them were given 2 thousand unit of vitamin D for twelve week and some were given the pwder of mushroom dried on the sun. In this research both people did not have any change in them. From this the result was that the vitamin D in the mushroom is same as we get from sun.
